Dominic Eyre

Dominic is a biological scientist in Defra working at the York Biotech Campus.

He specialises in providing pest management advice on quarantine pests and leads a team of risk managers who carry this out.

Dominic has a particular interest in the relationship between pests and climate and has worked with the Met Office to investigate these climatic links over a number of years.
