Julian Harlow

Julian is deputy-head of the land use policy division and head of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS) policy team. The team is responsible for overseeing rollout of LNRSs across England, working closely with Natural England, Environment Agency, Forestry Commission and each of the 48 responsible authorities who are currently preparing LNRSs for their areas.
